We call and text clients, prospective clients, property owners, and brokers in the ordinary course of commercial real estate business.
Mobile numbers are collected directly from the individual, in person, by telephone, by email, through a submitted web form, or through a business relationship in which the individual provides their number for business communication. We do not purchase consumer mobile numbers for marketing.

To respond to inquiries, provide commercial real estate brokerage services, deliver property and transaction information, and maintain records required of a licensed brokerage.
We share information with parties necessary to complete a transaction, such as landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, cooperating brokers, attorneys, title companies, and lenders, and with service providers who operate our systems on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.
We do not sell your personal information. Mobile telephone numbers and text messaging consent are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Information sharing with service providers who support our messaging program is limited to operating that program and excludes any other use.
We keep records for as long as needed for the business relationship and to satisfy legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements.
